The historic town is always open to visitors from sunrise to sunset. Visitors may participate in self-guided tours throughout the week as well as hiking, fishing, and swimming.

DAY USE FEE: $8.00 per vehicle. Discounts for seniors and veterans.

MUSEUM HOURS: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Effective May 1, 2013 the museum is open daily through June 9, 2013.
Effective June 14, 2013 Museum days and hours will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only through September 30, 2013.

2013/2014 CAMPING STATUS: The rustic Miners Cabins will open for reservations on May 1, 2013 continuing through September 30, 2013. Reservations can be made through Reserve America, 7 months in advance of your stay. Contact Reserve America at 1-800-444-7275.

Chute Hill Campground will remain closed for the 2013 season.
